This was the main drive for the creation of a space designed to help runners reach their max potential.
Wether your looking to dodge the “AMAZING” winters, run on top-of-the line Treadmills, strength train (Yes we NEED to as runners!), Recover, or simply just looking for a spot to gather pre/post runs, the Zone is THE place to BE!
The Zone will also provide the opportunity to host running events, camps, meet ups, and/or talks to further our connections while giving back to the running community.
This 24/7 membership facility will be one of a kind for the running community. At the Zone, we are a family of runners with the same goal in mind:

Metabolic Testing
Your metabolism isn’t just the calories you burn through the day. It’s all the vital functions your body runs to use oxygen and keep you alive.
Analyze the ability to determine how fast or slow your metabolism is, determine your optimal calorie intake for your goal, and measure how effectively your cells burn fats and carbohydrates at rest and during exercise.
Analyze how effectively your cells utilize oxygen, burn fat as a fuel source, and clear fatigue metabolites during exercise .
This information can also be used to determine the optimal macro intake during exercise as well as throughout your daily life.

FUnctional Movement Screening
The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) allows us to screen movement in order to identify the biggest limitations, if present, for any runner of all ages and levels. (We also can do this on anyone and any athlete!)
The Functional Movement Screen tests seven fundamental movement patterns that are key to identifying your functional movement quality
It takes only 10 minutes to administer!
We then take time to go over the results and prescribe exercises to help address the limitations discovered.
“The FMS is a tool for standardized movement screening to see how an individual, no matter their age, is moving in everyday life. It takes into account both mobility and stability and equips the professional with information to make programming decisions with precision and purpose. “- FMS
The FMS allows us to identify movement patterns the individual moves well in, and not so well in.
The patterns demonstrating ideal movement then can be developed or loaded.
When we identify patterns that are not ideal ,indicating risk for injury if not corrected, we are able to safely prescribe a plan to correct.
At the end of an screen, you will have valuable information for that given individual to create a program specific to them and to foster an environment to meet their goals and keep them healthy.

If you are on the treadmill during a reserved time, please be respectful to that client and STOP the tread and clean it. We will not have staff on site but WE DO HAVE cameras, and we have the right to CANCEL your membership.

Yes, But has an emphasis on equipment geared towards runners
How do I sign up?
Schedule through Vagaro by searching for ”the runner’s zone”, or click the “sign up” at the bottom right of each page to be taken to the link to sign up.
What is the cancellation policy?
After 2 months, we asked that you email us upon your request and we will cancel your membership prior to the start of the next month.
How do we enter the facility?
A key fob will be used for access into the facility. for The key is registered directly to you, so we know when you access the facility.
There will be No sharing of keys. If this happens, we will cancel your membership
Is this open all night?
Yes, but remember the importance of sleep and affect on performance.
If I’m a member and I want to bring a nonmember, is this ok?
Yes , as long as they pay the drop in fee online. But if you bring someone in without them paying, your account will be charge.
If I sustain an injury at your facility, what should I do?
This facility WILL NOT be staffed for the foreseeable future, please keep a communication device close by. We will have a First Aid Kit and AED on site. The cameras will record 24/7 but will not be watched continuously.
I was on the treadmill running and someone ask me to get off due to this being a reserved time? Can they ask me to stop running if I was there first?
Yes! In your membership, the treadmills are included but if someone reserve a treadmill online, they have the right to that treadmill at that given time.
The best way to prevent this is to reserve your time on line.
Membership will be revoked if noncompliance is reported.
Pick up for key fob?
We will have select times at our facility, but Second sole with be the primary pick up location. Please be respectful of their time if busy. You will receive a email informing you that your key fob is ready to be picked up.
